Order Cancellation

Perlaan reserves the right to cancel any order, even after confirmation, if we suspect fraudulent activity or for any other reason deemed necessary at our discretion. Additionally, failure of the customer to respond to communication attempts, such as picking up calls, may result in order cancellation.

Price Accuracy

While we strive to maintain accurate pricing information on our website, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error on any product(s) you have ordered, we will notify you promptly and provide the option to either reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you for confirmation, the order will be canceled. If payment has already been made, you will receive a full refund credited to Perlaan wallet only.

Discretionary Sales

Perlaan is not obligated to fulfill orders at incorrect (lower) prices, even after sending an Order Confirmation, if the pricing error is an obvious typographical or arithmetical inaccuracy that could have been reasonably recognized by you.
